• Budget of the organisation is over Rupees 40 Lacs (over last three years). Is my organisation eligible to apply for the Environmental Small Grants program?
We have limited funds at our disposal and are unable to support a large number of requests. In addition, the sole purpose of this program is to foster and promote small grassroots initiatives. For these reasons it becomes important for us to set some basic eligibility criteria.
Our priority is to support NGOs with meagre resources. To assess the true financial standing of an organsiation we take an average of the budget over last three years as against a one year budget.
